A workshop, not a catalogue

Zeszuta Sport Sp. z o.o. manufactures vehicle bodies, trailers and semi-trailers. Every order starts with the same question: what goes inside, how often, and who loads it?

Most of our work replaces a body that was never right for the job — a floor that can't take pallet traffic, a door that costs the driver ten minutes at every stop, a frame that rusted through in three winters. We draw the build with you, agree the specification and the price before any steel is cut, and hand the vehicle back ready for inspection.

We work with transport operators, service companies, equipment rental firms and manufacturers who move their own goods. Small orders are welcome; repeat specifications for a fleet are where we do our best work.

What we build

Six areas of work. Each one starts with a drawing and a fixed price, and finishes with a vehicle you can put straight into service.

Box and curtainside bodies

Closed bodies on rigid chassis, from small delivery vans up to 18-tonne trucks.

  • Plywood or GRP panels
  • Rear shutters, side doors, tail lifts
  • Load-rated floors and lashing points

Tippers and flatbeds

Open platforms and tipping bodies for construction, landscaping and waste work.

  • Steel or aluminium sides
  • Three-way and rear tipping
  • Toolboxes, racks, crane mounts

Trailers and semi-trailers

New trailers built to your axle load, coupling and dimensions — single or in batches.

  • Braked and unbraked light trailers
  • Plant and equipment transporters
  • Semi-trailer bodies and frames

Insulated and temperature-controlled

Insulated builds for food, pharmacy and floristry deliveries, prepared for your choice of unit.

  • 60–100 mm panel thickness
  • Hygienic linings and drainage
  • Fridge unit mounting and wiring

Repairs and retrofits

Accident repair, corrosion work and modifications to bodies you already own.

  • Panel, floor and door replacement
  • Frame straightening and welding
  • Shelving, racking, internal fit-out

Documentation and approvals

We prepare the paperwork so the vehicle passes inspection without a second visit.

  • Build drawings and weight calculations
  • Type-approval documentation
  • Support at the inspection station

Why operators come back

Nothing unusual — just the things that go wrong often enough elsewhere to be worth promising in writing.

The price you agreed is the price you pay

The quotation lists materials, components and hours. If the scope changes, you approve the difference before we continue — no invoice surprises at collection.

A drawing before the steel is cut

You see a dimensioned side and rear view, with door positions, load heights and weights, and sign it off. Changes on paper cost nothing.

Built to survive Polish winters

Galvanised or powder-coated frames, sealed joints and stainless fixings where salt reaches. We would rather add a week than hand over something that corrodes in two seasons.

Downtime planned around your routes

We schedule builds and repairs to your operating calendar and tell you honestly if a date is at risk, early enough for you to arrange cover.

One specification, repeated exactly

Once a build works for your fleet, we keep the drawings and parts list. The tenth vehicle is identical to the first, so drivers and loaders don't have to relearn anything.

The people who built it answer the phone

Questions after delivery go to the workshop, not a call centre. Structural work carries a 24-month warranty.

Tell us what you need to carry

Send the chassis details and the load, and you'll get a written quotation with a drawing and a delivery date. We reply within one working day.
